Payment conditions: 30% deposit to confirm reservation within 10 days, the remaining cost must be paid 4 weeks (28 days) before the arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- all reservations can be cancelled 10 weeks before the arrival date free or charge
- the deposit will be paid back to the client,in case of cancellation between 10 to 4 weeks before arrival date
- 20% of the deposit will be paid back to the client, in case of cancelation less than 4 weeks before arrival date
- the whole amount is not refundable,in case the client/guest does not appear at all (no show), deposit is not refundable
For early bookings (till 15 March) you will have a discount of 8%.
