Payment conditions: 30% deposit to confirm reservation. The remaining cost must be paid 10 weeks (70 days) before the arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- 20% of the deposit will be paid back to the client, in case of cancelation more than 10 weeks before arrival date
- the whole amount is not refundable:
- in case of cancelation less than 10 weeks before arrival date, or
- in case the client/guest does not appear at all (no show).
For early bookings (till 15 March) you will have a discount of 8%.
